Food & Recipes

For those of you who don't know me let me tell you, I am a huge foodie. I am also very much a health and fitness nut. Not to mention I am also the mom of a child with severe food allergies. Therefore, food has always been something I am passionate about. I always like to find new recipes that are healthy (when possible because I do like sweets) as well as safe for my son to eat. Since COVID-19 hit I have been even more interested in cooking and baking not to mention I have more time in which to do that. (No long commute home to then start cooking food for the family) I wanted to share some of my food passion with you and some fun things you can hopefully share with your family.
