Morning Fruit Smoothie

Here is a fruit smoothie recipe that my whole family loves! It's quick and easy and we generally start our day with one. It also is a surefire way to get in your daily serving of fruit! The best part is, it's versatile! You can make this with whatever fruits you want. This allows you to switch it up and not get bored from day to day.



INGREDIENTS

Makes 1 serving

  • 1 cup - Frozen Blueberries

  • 1 - Banana

  • 1/4 - Fresh Dragon Fruit

  • 1 cup - water



MIX IT UP

Place all fruits and water in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth. Pour in a cup and serve. It's really that easy!


SUBSTITUTIONS: The great thing about this smoothie is how versatile it is. I have made this with mangos instead of dragon fruit or raspberries instead of blueberries. It really is up to you. Let your imagination guide you and have fun mixing things together. Here's a fun summer one to try: banana, mango, and pineapple for a refreshing tropical twist!
